Welcome to my world. Since you are here, let me tell you a bit about myself.  I am an English girl, born in 1975 in a town called Eton which is just outside London.

I am married with a little boy called James who keeps me busy chasing around after him.

I do a full time job and “keep house” which leaves little time for me. Ah the joy of modern life.
If you are here, then you will know that i am quite passionate about helping people to lose fat. We happily call that extra bit our love handles, I can assure you I dont have much love for mine.

Anyway, I have had great success and have learned how to lose my love handles in a short period. thats what this site is about. My girlfriends have urged me to pass on the secrets to my success. They think the results are magic and I hope you will too.
